You are purchasing a subscription that includes personalized letters mailed to your child.
We do our best to make each letter magical and age-appropriate, based on the information you provide.
🔹 Orders & Delivery
All letters are mailed to the address you provide.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect mailing addresses.
🔹 Payments
Payments are processed securely.
As for any subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting us.
🔹 Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds after letters have been created or sent.
However, if there is a mistake, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right!
