Congratulations
You have completed your transaction and Santa will get some letters ready.
Now, it is time for the next steps.
Step 1
Alabaster (our computer specialist elf) will soon send you an email to ask for the mailing address of the child (or children).
Give him a few hours, as he is very busy.
Step 2
Respond to Alabaster with the information requested. Include additional details about the child like their age, their siblings, their pets, or their interests. This information might be used by Santa when writing his letters.
Step 3
Wait for the letter for your child (or children).
The letters are mailed on the 4th of the month so if you placed your order after that date, you will receive a letter the following month.
